Inclusive Teams
I worked with Brighton based Tilt Creative on this animation for a global industrial tech organisation as part of their team leader’s training program. The piece encourages leaders to allow their team members to play to their strengths and avoid prejudice regarding other team members skill sets.
I was responsible for storyboard, design & art direction and was also heavilly involved in concept for this piece.
