Onboarding

I worked with Tilt Creative in Brighton, leading design on key images for Deloitte's onboarding program. New graduates joining Deloitte received detailed training during their first month, but there was previously a lack of support before or after those sessions. We created simple, engaging content that appeals to young people, available from the moment they get their job offer and whenever they need help. This approach aimed to make their experience easier and more supportive, helping them succeed by removing any barriers to using the content.

Deloitte’s visual graphic language is built around the concept of a circular economy.
